Noemi Povanci has a degree in Romanian Law and a master degree in Private Law, both issued by the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since January 2013.
Her practice primarily focuses on offering legal counsel on matters related to corporate and commercial law, unfair terms in contracts, consumer protection regulations, administrative law, labour law and food law. Her expertise also covers drafting commercial agreements and performing legal due diligence analysis.
Ms. Povanci offers also representation in front of the courts, particularly in litigations related to unfair terms in financial contracts and pecuniary claims.
She is fluent in English and speaks French, too.
